Oct 18th a crisp fall night we had the pleasure of joining, AVENUE, The Opera Gallery and its Chairman and Founder Gilles Dyan, Director Gregory Lahmi and Stephen Gross andco-hosted a vernissage at its Madison Avenue flagship gallery celebrating a solo exhibition of important artworks by Marc Chagall, exhibited together for the first time. Exhibition highlights include La Danse, 1928, Gouache pour l’album Les mille et une nuits (planche 4), 1946, and Le Violoniste au village enneigé, 1973. This delightfully colorful Chagall show runs through November 19.
A wonderful night, with amazing art, seeing new and old friends and having a fabulous time. Thank you Randi Schatz, Avenue Magazine.
