Twenty-five years have passed, yet the memory of September 11, 2001 remains as vivid and profound as ever, especially for those of us who call New York City home.

As a New York City brand, rooted in this city's spirit, resilience, and heart, we pause each year to honor the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the unbreakable bond that defines New Yorkers and Americans alike.

That day, the city we love was forever changed. And yet, New York rose. It always does.

A City That Never Stopped Shining

Like the diamonds and gemstones we work with every day, New York's strength is forged under pressure. The beauty of this city, its people, its energy, its spirit, has never dimmed. If anything, it grew brighter in the years that followed.

We think of the families who lost loved ones. The first responders who gave everything. The ordinary people who became extraordinary in the most unimaginable moments.

How We Remember

Each September 11, we take a moment as a team to reflect, to be grateful, and to honor those we lost. We encourage our community to do the same, whether through a moment of silence, visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, or simply reaching out to someone you love.
