Refund policy

Exchanges for Semi precious Color Collections are allowed within 14 days of purchase for a STORE CREDIT. You may also exchange for another item. Store credit less any shipping and handling charges. Items with tags removed are non-exchangable. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt in the original packaging and must be new and unused in order to receive a store credit. All items will be inspected upon return. If merchandise shows signs of wear or altering, items will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. To exchange  items, you must first email our Customer Service Department at info@minadjewelry.com to obtain an authorization code and exchange instructions. Once we have received the items and inspected each item for quality compliance, a store credit will be issued on the purchase price of the product.

Fine Jewelry collection is not included in these guidelines, inquire with us.
