Before I founded Mina D Fine Jewelry, I spent years working in New York City’s diamond district as a Finance Director at a wholesale diamond company. During this time, I had the privilege of collaborating with luxury jewelry brands like Cartier, Harry Winston, and Sotheby’s, providing me with firsthand experience in the world of high-end diamonds and fine jewelry.

Working with high-profile clients and the most prestigious names in the industry taught me the intricacies of diamond selection, gemstone grading, and luxury jewelry design. I gained invaluable knowledge about what makes jewelry truly exceptional, from the quality of the diamonds to the precision of the craftsmanship.

Sotheby’s will auction jewelry belonging to the “Diamonds Are Forever” singer Oct. 10 in Paris.

London—Jewelry from the collection of Welsh singer Dame Shirley Veronica Bassey is heading to auction for the first time next week.

The collection will go up for sale Oct. 10 in Paris as part of Sotheby’s biannual Fine Jewels sale.
